A small box by sea, about the size of a shoebox and enough for six perfumes. Up to £150.00 for a whole box to yourself. See the sizes
You pay once, and both routes are tracked. Shipping is included in your total. Sea travels in a labelled box of its own, air is charged by weight, and we show you both prices before you choose. Nothing we ship can be insured, because cover is not available for consumer goods going into Zimbabwe. Our shipping partner has run this route since 2007 without a major incident.

You see the price before we buyNothing is ordered until you have approved a quote with every line shown. Not a deposit, not an estimate you settle later.
No mark up on what you are buyingProduct at cost, UK delivery at cost. Shipping carries a small margin because we charge it before the parcel is weighed, and you get the difference back if it comes in lighter. If a discount lands between your quote and our purchase, the saving is yours.
A person checks every linkRetailer stock data is wrong often enough that trusting it would mean taking money for things we cannot buy. So we do not trust it.
Every change is written downPrice changes, substitutions and refunds are recorded against your order with a reference and a reason. You can see the whole history.
Private tracking from day oneA link of your own that shows exactly where the order is, from submitted to delivered, without messaging anyone.
Refunds have a defined pathIf we cannot buy it, you are refunded. If the shop's price rises more than £2.00, you decide before we spend your money.

The 11 shops we use most already have their delivery rules on file, so those quotes come back fastest. Everywhere else works exactly the same way, we just confirm the postage first.

What we cannot fly
Cargo rules rule out aerosols, bleach and strong developers, prescription and medicated products, and anything with a battery. If your link contains one we flag it and come back to you before asking for a penny.
Fine to send: lotions, creams, non medicated skincare, shampoo, conditioner, soap, makeup, wigs and extensions, beauty accessories, non electrical tools, clothing, shoes and accessories.

Questions

How much does it cost in total?
Product at cost, UK delivery at cost, our fee of 20% with a £10.00 minimum, and shipping. Sea is charged on the space your order takes in the container box, about £3.26 a litre; air is £13.75 a kilo and 7 to 12 days. Plus £6.00 clearance. All of it in one payment, with every line shown before you pay. Minimum order is £40.00 of product value.
Which UK shops can you buy from?
Any of them. We order most often from Boots, Superdrug, ASOS, LookFantastic and Cult Beauty, so we already know their delivery rules, but you are not limited to a list. Send a link from any UK shop and we will price it.
Where do I collect it?
Every order is collected in Harare. We are not running a delivery leg inside Zimbabwe yet, so if you are outside Harare you can still order, but onward transport is yours to arrange. We say that before you pay rather than after.
